People Should Smile More

There are times you think the world is going to collapse because something major has happened in your life. You feel like you're on your own and there's nowhere else to turn to.
You can't speak because you're already warped in thoughts of self-hate and other depressive atrocities going through your mind. Everything appears to be crumbling and you're starting to wonder if there's anyone who will catch you from this neverending nightmare.
You're scared, worried, upset and possibly a little angry right now.

It might seem like a lie if I say this outright now.
You're not alone with feeling like this.

Things may seem sunny-side down right now but it doesn't mean that it'll always stay that way.
No matter how hard it gets, you have to remember that only you are the one who can change your world.
For the better.
Try to be at least a little reliant on people.
If you have a problem just say, get it off of your chest and move on.
Keep on moving with a smile upon your face knowing that you can take down another day.
You just need to keep fighting even when times are tough.

This is not directed at anyone but everyone.
People should smile more.
